Besides the breathtaking views, this 4-bedroom home with Asian contemporary style decor, offers a spacious floorplan. From the entry of the home, a turn to the left will bring you to the well-equipped and beautifully appointed kitchen with dining area.

The Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own wing of the home. The room has a private patio area with a small yard, nestled into the hillside. Guests will appreciate the en-suite bathroom that houses a generous soaking tub and large shower stall. There is also a California King size bed and walk-in closet.

The guest rooms are all located beyond the kitchen and dining area. Asian art and statuary adorn the hall shared by the two guest bedrooms and office/third guest room. The office offers a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and large desk at the ocean facing windows. The other bedrooms at the end of the hall have a shared bathroom. Each of these rooms boasts queen beds, televisions, and views of either the mountains or the ocean.

The common areas include the family room with wood burning fireplace. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to the patio at the edge of the modern style infinity pool. The patio has deck chairs for lounging and an outdoor dining table. The cozy media room contains a large smart television with access to your own subscribed content. Off the living room you will find a sunroom with built-in bar which enjoys majestic mountain views, this room lends itself well to conversations or quiet time reading a book.

You will find adequate parking for several cars. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is central heating and dual-zone air conditioning for your comfort. Central sound is also available, as well as a Sonos system capable of room-filling volume music.
